I have been buying this supplement for at least 25 years now. it has cured a nasty sinus infection for me in the past saving me a trip to the doctor. I do experience an increased level of energy when i am taking it. i'm not a fan of sunlight so this is my go to for VC. a quality product, not a believer that cheap vitamins truly give the body what it deserves, you get what you pay for.
