Fresh product not stale, broken pieces when after opened due to packaging and after shipment arrives

The taste of the cookies was just fine, but the majority of the cookies were broken into many pieces due to the packaging by the seller. If I had wanted chunks of cookies I would have ordered chunks of cookies.

There is suppose to be three packages..." Knott's Berry Farm Premium Bite Size Cookies, Boysenberry Shortbread, 10 Oz Box (Pack of 3)" for 23 plus dollars!...Only 1 package was delivered....the cookies were all broken, crumble, and tasted VERY oldish...The jam was like glue not very chewable...The company selling the product was "Jwes Exclusive"...

Super delicious cookies....had them as a kid and they bring back memories.

The boxes were a bit crushed, cookies were broken.

5 stars for the cookie itself but no stars for the shipping. Bought 3 of the large bags but about 70% of the cookies were broke in pieces in each bag. Plus the bags were crushed. These were shipped from Houston to Wisconsin and I realize that shipping bounces the product but if I bought these in a store, there would be VERY few broken. I believe the care during the shipping was complete neglect.

I grew up on these cookies, living nearby Knotts. Firstly they shrank the size of cookie which takes away from the fruit cookie balance. Then 1/2-1/4 of the bag was nothing but broken cookies and crumbs! As if someone drop kicked the bag. It was ridiculous

Love these to the moon and back, didn’t like the price but that’s market price so I can’t complain to the seller. Thank you to the seller for this product, loved them 🍪🍪
