Sturdy, easy to put together, works great! No complaints!Looks like they’ve fixed several of the things other reviewers complained about: easy color instructions, knew where and when to put the black runner pieces in for no leaks, sturdy, all pieces in box, nothing broken. I’m not the best at putting intricate things together but was able to do it easily and correctly the first time.Kids love it!!

This product is terrible. Some of the pieces came already together and I was unable to take them apart. Do not buy this product.

The media could not be loaded. At first I was reading all the reviews and was nervous to purchase but I took the chance because this item would be perfect for my childcare this summer. I am so pleased I took the chance cause this item isn’t like what some reviews were saying. Others in the reviews may have got a defected item but all they needed to do is exchange it for a replacement. So be careful opening the box just in case. I was careful opening the box due to the reviews I read.Quality is as it should be for PVC pipes. Directions were pictured and pretty easy step by step. Look & Read carefully and I recommend not tightly securing the PVC pipe til you got all the pieces in the right spot cause I had a mistake and had to remove it and redo. Other than that, I haven’t had no issues of it falling part but I did use rubber mallet to gentle tap the PVC pipes to secure it better into the connectors once I had all pieces in the right spot. I would recommend this item for your children. This item is perfect for 7 years and under depending on their height.Check the height measurements cause this one isn’t for taller kids nor adults but as the looks of this item I’m sure we could go to our local hardware store and look for 4 PVC pipes that are taller to extend the height, if needed. Don’t forget to take one of the original PVC pipes with you to the store and find the same size but taller and don’t forgot you may need to drill new holes into the PVC pipes if you extend the height with the new PVC.

We use this at a child care center. It gets a lot of use! However, it is not the easiest to follow along and put together. This may be due to the piping barely being long enough to fit together. They left no room for overlap. Therefore, this whole set up comes apart at one place or another by barely a touch or a bump. Also, the sensory bins do not fit in the spot for it. We don't even use them because they just fall through. I would love this product if they made the piping slightly longer to get a good fit together so that the structure just stays together during play. The kids still love it and this has been way better than a sprinkler overall.

We've had this waterpark for about a month now and love it. There are a couple minor issues which is why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5, but easily able to correct these issues myself.First issue - The 2 water buckets. DO NOT over fill them per the instructions (do not fill over half way) and you will be fine. But either way, I forgot that I had read this and the second time we used this I had the water basins fall out because I overfilled them with water and they were too heavy. EASY FIX - I took the basins off and drilled min 4 screws into the PVC pipes that hold each basin, and left the ends of the screws sticking out as a way of holding the basins. No more falling issues and you can still take the basins out.Second Issue - I personally would like the part of the structure that holds the water basins to be a bit sturdier. There is no support to the ground in between where the two basins sit. EASY FIX - I'm simply going to add another piece of PVC to this for more support.One other thing, which I don't think is an issue therefore I did not base my STARS on this, but an easier way of moving this structure would have been nice since its so big and clumsy. For me, I will be adding caster wheels to this so that I can easily move this in and out of my garage. We do not have a good flat grass area to use and store this, therefore we use this on our driveway. I have also purchased a cheap strip of fake grass to put under this so the ground is not hot.One more idea, the company could have provided some shade on this. Either way, within the next 2 days I will be connecting a tarp to the top of this for shade which will also hang down at an angle over the water basins for shade their as well.Overall I'm very happy with this product. No real issues yet. I do think this company should improve the structure that holds the water basins to provide some support in the middle as well as to keep the water basins from falling out when filled too high. It would also be nice if the entire structure itself were a little bit sturdier so that it would be easier to move it around. Of course cross supports would be hard to do if you want to be able to walk through this.
