Very good product
I love this product. I have no loose yarn. It winds it into a ball. Only draw back is it only makes 3oz balls. Wish it would make bidder ones

The tension rod randomly falls
Overall I like the product wish I got a bigger one but that's on me it works the yarn up quick so much faster the rolling the yarn in a ball definitely plan to get myself a bigger one my big complaint is the tension rod randomly falling and sabotaging my work

Not helpful at all
Three reasons this is a dreadful product:Firstly, the hook that fastens this to a table can only accommodate 1/4 inch thickness. I beg you: who has a countertop that thin? I struggled to find something, before settling on a plastic cutting board.Secondly, the eye that holds the yarn is Way Too Short, and Way Too Close. You can wind a miniature ball of lace yarn, but you cannot even wind one half skein of average, worsted-weight yarn.Thirdly, the yarn pops off the top or pops off the bottom to get sucked around the base til you realize you are spinning a knot Under the machine. This is Very Frustrating And Annoying.Save your money, save your sanity, and don’t buy this.

Easy to use, but cheaply made
When I received this winder, the box was damaged, I blame that on the mail. But, I was only able to wind 3 small balls of yarn before the gears stripped out. So, I'll say it did the job, but minimally. If I get another, it'll be a metal one, not plastic.

100% worth every penny
Simple to put together, easy to read instructions, and a quick work for getting yarn organized. I have so much more space for my yarn and this was an excellent business purchase. With how large the skeins got, I'm glad I stuck with the small.

I get yarn hell
It’s just not winding yarn in the proper way… it’s caused me show much anxiety because of the yarn catching in the gear bit 😢
