Great Eastern Entertainment Sonic The Hedgehog - E-102 (Gamma) Plush 11" H

This plush is exactly what my kid wanted for Christmas. He's a huge Sonic fan, and is trying to collect as many plushies as he can. Great Eastern is the go to for quality plush.

As many know, the only other e102 plush ever made is very rare and goes for 1000s of dollars! So I'm so happy to have this one. I'm actually very impressed. A lot of the details are felt with decals, but it comes together nicely and actually looks very good. He's got soft fabric on his head, but otherwise is made from the usual low quality polyester fabric most GE Sonic plush are made from. But for $35, that's really not a huge deal. On this plush in particular, it seems to be not nearly as bad, maybe due to the intricacy of the design. Honestly, the production images don't look as good as he does in person!

He came in on time and in perfect condition! Nearly 25 years have passed and I can finally have a plushie of one of my all time favs. Can't describe how happy I am to finally see new merch of the most underrated sonic character in the series!!! His story was everything to me and I miss him every day. Really really hope to see more merch of him in the future because this plushie is wonderful!!! He's very big and sturdy, with some felt components, but still soft and huggable. I love him so so much!!!

Gamma is GOATed, and if you're considering buying this, you probably don't care about reviews, but I snuggle with this fella every night now. It's not squishy like a lot of dolls, it's more stiff and solid, but it's still soft and cuddly.

The plush is very well stuffed, so much so that he is able to stand, his shoes even have a hard cardboard insert at the bottom. The only problem is that most of the plush's details, like the laser scope, the wheels, and the flashlight are all a cardboard mesh held together by superglue. There were even super glue strings around him when i got him out of the packaging. So in the future, these guys might start falling apart, but still an amazing piece to add to anyone's collection. This is the third gamma product ever made so, gotta pick it up for that reason alone.

Gamma was always my favorite sonic character when I had my Dreamcast I beat his story before losing it in my storage and his death made me sad the plush will always keep me happy 😁
