Awful customer service , not effective product
****DONT BUY IT***it is wasting of moneyThe product is not as effective as it claims to be. When I wanted to return it, there was no option for me to choose my preferred return method. Instead, I was forced to follow the return process they provided. Additionally, I have to pay a shipping cost of €5.50, which makes no sense. It’s not worth my time to go to post office and spend 5.50€ for returning a product that only costs 11€.
