Product works ok. At first use the strap failed and fell off right away. Poor quality. Water dispenser is still working.

Bottle shrunk in dishwasher
I used it for a few weeks only, and already wasn’t fully satisfied as the button to press down is quite heavy to push, meaning to give my dog some water led to finger cramps. But okay. Today I washed the lower part of the bottle (water storage) in the dishwasher, as I had done twice before. Despite the eco program (45C), the bottle shrunk. Very disappointed. My previous bottle (different brand) lasted for years despite regular dishwasher cleanings.
