Might not be for everyone but it's sure what helps me. After several surgeries I've found sometimes laying to the side is better that flat but it hurts my knees and ankles when they touch. After awhile they get pressure sore without some form of padding, also I have found by the putting a pillow between my knees not only relieves that pressure, but it puts the body in a more natural alignment. And it takes pressure off the skeletal system over all. Hips & back. Sure you could just use a regular pillow but this one is the perfect shape, and just te right height. It also works as a great neck pillow/support when sitting or traveling. I use mine several different ways to align myself and relieve pressure. It's a good quality piece of memory foam not cheap or flimsy. I've had mine a long time and it's as firm and had retained its shape just like the day it arrived. It also has a removable cover with a zipper that can be taken off, washed separate a put back on.

I got this pillow bc I have really bad sciatica and inflamed nerves in my thigh that makes sleep impossible sometimes. I was desperate as the pillow between the legs deal just wasn't cutting it. Not even falling asleep to Grey's Anatomy was helping me feel better. Thanks for nothing McDreamy!Anywho I saw this little pillow and figured spending under 15 dollars for this and knowing I could send it back was worth it. It came and I did my touch test and it felt really hard and not pleasant I like I was hoping. The package states that it gets softer and harder depending on seasons or something like that, so we'll see what happens with that. I put it between my thighs and got in my normal side sleep position and the pillow instantly slipped out. I was annoyed, but then remembered it was under 15 dollars so maybe that should have been expected.So it becomes actual night time and I've got into bed and tried to move around my little thigh pillow and it didn't feel very comfortable but I was still watching Grey's Anatomy and McSteamy was in some drama again with his women so I forgot all about it.Well I finally fall asleep and must have rolled to my other side. Now this is important bc when I do that I wake up in a pain that can only described as a professional baseball player throwing a 90 mile an hour ball at me that is on fire, has spikes on it, is crawling with angry spiders and gets stuck in my thigh just rotating in a ball of firey hell. So when I roll onto my side like that I wake up in such pain that I could cry. But I wake up and notice there is no pain. I repeat NO PAIN! I have not been able to comfortably sleep on my left side for months and here comes this little tiny pillow that clearly comes with magical powers bc it took my pain away that has made sleep a thing of the past. I was in such a deep sleep that my alarm jerked me awake and I was on my left side and must have been like that for hours and there was no pain at all! The baseball player from hell can rest now at night!So go get this tiny little magical pillow and don't worry about it being kinda hard and slipping here and there bc when night time comes and you need sleep that tiny pillow turns into a fairy godmother.

I use this every night after experiencing a 2 week episode of sciatica as recommended by my brother who is a physical therapist. Anyway, sciatica gone now so this is more prevention I suppose? Honestly, I don't know how to prevent sciatica but it's been about 8 months now and I'm pain free.The cover is removable for washing but after about 6 months shows a little piling/beading of the material but it still feels smooth. Downside is it's hot and probably a little large. If I had to order again, I would seek out something smaller and perhaps a roll shape because this contours to your legs very nicely and while that keeps it in place, it also makes it hot.On the plus side, I'm an active sleeper and this shape tends to keep the pillow in place all night, if sheets are covering me.Would have 5 stars if it weren't as hot.

I have bulging discs in my lumbar and this pillow actually helped me to wake feeling much better. I keeps tension off my back while I’m still, and it helps keep my back from twisting so much when I roll over at night. It’s inexpensive and really does seem to help. The foam is very stiff, but that’s where the support comes from. The downside is that after 6 weeks of use the pillow has shrunk down, doesn’t relieve tension the same, and altogether doesn’t have the same stiffness and life to it. I just purchased another one to replace, but I definitely don’t plan to continue buying a replacement every 6-8weeks. I really like this pillow, but durability is a big issue for me.

What a fantastic product! I didn't know if it would work. I purchased the Ziraki memory foam contour orthopedic knee pillow for my lower back pain and sciatica. The first night I used this, I thought I felt better in the morning. I wasn't sure though if it was due to this pillow or the exercises. The second night that I used it, I felt tremendously better in the morning. This pillow really aligns your spine and relieves pressure on the nerves. I have been able to almost go completely off my NSAID pain meds. The pillow stays with you all night...even if you turn over. It has a washable cover. I should make some minor corrections in the measurements and weight. Ziraki says that it is 9.8" (L), 6.3" (H), and 7.9" (W)...and 9.6 oz in weight. The actual measurements are 9.75" (L), 5.5" (H), 7.5" (W), and 12 oz in weight. The narrowest part of the pillow that goes between your legs is 2.625". When I first took this pillow out of the box, I thought it felt almost hard like styrofoam. However, when it warms up between your legs, it becomes softer. You don't want a pillow that is too soft and would squash down. This pillow is perfect in my opinion. It is extremely comfortable. I'm 5'7" and weigh 145 lbs. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone with lower back pain or sciatica.
