Works perfectly
Does the job and easy to attach. I think the 6 inch must be inside diameter, as it fits over my existing line perfectly. It comes with the clamps to connect it too, which makes it very easy to install.

Definitely an upgrade
I purchased this to replace the hose on a Frigidaire portable AC unit. The original hose made the room hot with heat escaping the hose and eventually cracking. This one is lined and the outer material is pliable. The 6-inch hose was slightly large but with a little effort, it fit the connection ends of the AC unit. I would recommend this as an upgrade.

Thermoplastic Coated Flexible Ducting Is Excellent
This thermoplastic coated aluminum flexible ducting is far superior than anything sold by the two major hardware outlets and priced about half of what they charge. Using ducting for extending portable air conditioner exhaust and it works great! Included hose clamps makes connection effortless and secure.

Up, Up, and Away!
I used this ducting with a bathroom exhaust fan to send the cooler air from the lower level of my garage up into the much hotter loft area up above. It works great.

Smaller than 4"
This hose won't stretch over 4" hose accessories, its a hair too small.
