Needs Assessment Basics, 2nd Edition (Atd Training Basics) Paperback – September 20, 2016

This book is a wonderful overview of what Needs Assessment entails and is all about. I appreciated the checklists, charts, and exercises throughout. It is a great book for researchers to have, and I would recommend relevant professors place this book on their syllabus, as well. I bought the hard copy, as I know I will be sharing it with colleagues.

It was part of a course requirement but it is a good book and helped me a lot

Not a bad book and I love how it’s organized, but I feel like it’s a very basic introduction for someone who is already in an HRD role.
