The preceding is my original review, the company contacted me and made the rectified the situation. I’m changing my review because after weeks of contacting Amazon to get the problem corrected, this company contacted me within a matter of a couple of days. I was never dissatisfied with the radio itself. Thank you for your quick response! The radio its self is nice. Has good sound quality, but it said it came with a wiring harness, steering wheel remote and a back up camera. Ours did not come with these other accessories. It was a gift and it wasn’t until after the radio was installed , that I realized it was missing items. was told there was no way to reach the seller and my only option was to return the radio. Which had already been installed. Due to that reason, my rating is low.

I had this for only two years and it went bad. The screen no longer comes one when you power it up. Have to do it over 20 times or more before it lights up.

I've had it in my truck about two months now and it works great haven't had no issues with it other than I can't get it to put out video to another screen when I'm on the AV settings i'm sure it's in the manual I just haven't read it yet i wish that it was a little bit more settings so you could control your audio better than just a button for your subs and then you can control base trouble and meds but you can't control the level of your sub alone i wish you could do that other than that it works pretty goodIt should have more options for settings on audio though definitely

This radio has a good sound but the screen is not smooth, car play has connections issues, if you purchasing this radio to use it as a radio only it’s a good purchase ,but if you’re going to use it as a CarPlay, don’t get it other than that for what it is and a little bit that it does the price is not bad? I use mine for the radio transmitter. That’s the only reason I got it for.

Great product and fast delivery

Ok so my honest opinion of this , as the saying goes "you get what you pay for " . It works and for the price isn't horrible ... Bought this with the dash kit and wiring harness for 2011 Chevy Silverado with the dash kit it does fit ,but there is still a tiny gap . We ordered this specifically for the phone mirroring ,and gps . The problem is that the mirroring only works when plugged in via USB charging port .when it's mirrored the screen stays centered and small unless you keep the phone screen rotated (which can be challenging to do while it's plugged in laying on a truck console . ) also I think the biggest disappointment was it will not allow you to play any music while using the tether for gps . Radio is good for being just that ,it's good for playing music ,but if you are hoping to mimic a newer car with the GPS/ Bluetooth features this is not the product for that ... But if you are just in it for some good tunes it's a convenient buy for the price .. On a Happy note I do appreciate that you can program the radio for your vehicles logo to appear when you turn it on as if it always belonged there .
