I bought this because my sister-in-law told me about an expensive supplement she was taking that was minimizing hot flashes. I read the ingredients and did some online research, and this was the active ingredient. This one is much less costly!I noticed a difference almost immediately – hot flashes were less frequent. Now after about 6 weeks of taking it once a day (I NEVER forget to take it) my hot flashes are nearly gone. I had one in the past week, and it was so mild it was laughable.My sister-in-law buys this one now.

I was taking another product for "hot flashes" that expense but worked. After reading that Siberian Rhubarb was the main ingredient, I thought I would just try that....and yes it works as well as the other product.

I had high hopes because this is the main ingredient in an expensive and popular name brand supplement my doctor recommends. After not missing a day for almost 4 months I am giving up. Hot flashes, insomnia, mood swings are exactly the same as before I started taking it. Moral of the story is: it works for some but not for all.

Hasn’t helped my hot flashes

I'm taking one in the morning and one at bedtime and my hot flashes have been reduced by 80%. My doctor recommended a much more expensive brand. This one is working great for me at a much better price.
