The extension hose connecting tube is missing.I don’t have full capability of using the machine. Can anything else be done other than returning the product?The floor brush doesn’t have bristles underneath. It’s just 4 small wheels.The size of the cleaning storage part is the size of the hand. The rest of the machine is the engine. Not really worth the purchase

Could have better suction

I bought this to use in my room for every day sweep. I use this on tiled floor and on my bed to pick on any falling hair or dust residues. The battery life lasts for less than five minutes. I followed their instruction to charge it 3 to 4 times and use till the battery drains out for it to be functional, but it doesn’t seem to work. I would love to exchange doe a new piece but I do not have the patience to do so. It’s a great compact lightweight equipment. If the battery was good and worked as it said for 30 minutes, it would have been a steal .

I used this like 4 times and it stopped working. I turn it on then it turns off on like 5 seconds.
