I started taking these about 4 months ago to prevent the formation of kidney stones. These supplements are supposed to reduce the ph balance of urine. It has been awhile ( a couple of years) since I passed a kidney stone, so I don't know if these really work. But, I have noticed that my urine isn't as concentrated- not as strong odor wise. So it sounds like the ph balance has changed. If you've ever had a kidney stones, it's worth a try. Some of the other meds (prescription meds) cause issues with other meds. So my nephrologist chose this as a safe alternative. I strongly suggest ordering through Amazon as opposed to the company itself. They have a practice of billing you twice - once for your order and again for the 2nd order. They bill you in advance. It took too long for the charge to ' fall off' of my debit account.

Since starting this three years ago I’ve only developed one new stone, which is more than likely because I stopped taking it for a solid 6 months, it’s definetly effective for minimizing stone formation, my urine is normally a super dark concentration and smells, since this taking this supplement , my urine is now more clear and doenst have a smell to it. So all in all, it is not a snake oil, it’s 100% effective if you stay consistent in taking it and drink alot of water.
