I love this printing calculator. I had the same one and wore it out and so I wanted to get the same item. It is so easy to use and very dependable.

Great office workhorse printing calculator. The ink spools last a really long time but do require replacing from time to time so make sure to order some as well as replacement printing paper.

This has all the critical features for a professional accountant or for heavy duty office use for a business. For me, the "LPS", or lines per second, is the most important element for a desktop calculator. This model is rated at 3.7, which exceeds my personal minimum requirement of 3.5. Anything less than that and it can't keep up to my data entry speed. "Budget" desktop calculators that are more suited for home or light office duty typically print at 2.5 LPS or less, and tend to produce loud "chatter" and print "lag". This machine is quick and designed in such a way that "muffles" the sound, which makes it a much more pleasurable experience. It's also surprisingly compact for a full featured desktop, it's about a full inch shorter than my former calculator that just bit the dust. And, of course, it has a million features that you don't need and will never use or even realize are available. And, FWIW, it looks pretty good, has a nice overall design. Highly recommended.

This adding machine with a tape is replacing another Canon one that lasted 30 years--albeit only used at tax time. This one has more "bells and whistles" than I actually need. I chose it because it had the option of a cord that I could actually plug-in to use, rather than depending on expensive lithium batteries. In its defense, the machine is fast and has a ten-key arrangement of the numbers. My criticisms are twofold. The cord is far too short, and it is necessary to use an extension cord. Secondly, if you leave the machine unattended for 5 minutes, it turns itself off in an attempt to save on the electric bill. Frankly, that feature is a bit annoying.

Nice calculator!! Fast printing and if you know how to use an adding machine or need one this one's great! I also have a sharp I got after this one since I needed to have another. A bit different than the sharp but for the most part are the same. Zoom in on the rounding decimal places to make sure this one will work for you since it's got different options than the older sharps. But all in all great adding machine!!!

Was replacing a VERY old but 'perfect' for my use professional Cannon Office calculator that quit working. Reviews were so mixed on these various makes/models that it was hard to know what to choose. THIS is a traditional 'ten key' function calculator, and was exactly what I was looking for in function & size -and nearly the same keyboard configuration as my original, so very little muscle memory retraining needed. Thankfully other reviewers commented about the 'time out' feature on the digital read - it's a handy feature, you may like it too.

very fast. type like a demon on this. Prints sharp. I like the colour ( grey ) Hides the office dirt. Makes my accounting day!
