Perfect appearance, received damaged but sent a replacement
I was so happy when this order arrived, I had opened it with the excitement and anticipation of wearing this head band with one of my outfits. However to my disappointment I noticed quickly that the side had a strange stain on it. As this is a brand new product that had never been worn before and barely touched, I don't believe this was something I had caused since I was very careful with it. I am quite sad to accept the reality that I am not able to wear this outside to any event. Wish I had received a cleaner one since it cost about 8 dollars. Hoping to apply for a replacement.Update : was sent a replacement soon after. I appreciate it. Very happy with my new one.
