The first desk was sent to my home and looks as if the delivery person was in an all out fight with the package. It was ripped open and a large hole in the back causing some of the wooden parts to be broken and ultimately was rained on causing the wood to swell. I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they immediately sent out a replacement desk. Thank you to the representative who assisted me. Can’t thank you enough. And the desk took less than an hour to assemble. Real easy and instructions were very clear.

Takes a few hours to assemble. Word to the wise: when adding drawer glides to the drawers, pre drill screw holes or the particle board will split. Finished product looks nice. A solid wood desk would have cost 3 or 4 times as much, but this will work for a lightly used home office.

I know this wasn’t an expensive piece of furniture, but this wasn’t even worth half of what you pay for it. It was just SO cheap. I actually felt bad giving it to my daughter as her new, first desk she was excited to get. It came with broken pieces, and continued to break as we gently put it together. We had to spend money to get it finished (braces, glue and paint). It also has super shallow drawers (all of them), it could go back 7 more inches!! Can’t put much in there at all. The color white, was about the only thing I can say positive about it. Wish I could get my money back. It also wasn’t worth the hassle of shipping it back, and we were out of time for getting her room set up. Just felt stuck with it. My dad made it more sturdy with the braces & wood glue… or else it would have fallen apart. Obviously would never buy again.

This desk was easy to put together- directions were straightforward. It takes a couple hours though. It appears to be sturdy. I usually hate dealing with cams but these were good quality and locked in well. The drawers without holes are supposed to be like that ( I think because they come with wood screws and don’t have a nut to hold them in place) so I just buried them in the wood with a screwdriver - no need for pre drilling holes. I put it together by myself just fine. All the pieces were there and it shipped fine and was packaged well. A great deal for the money-

I purchased 2 of these for my kids. This one came with no holes for two of the drawer handles. I’ll have to drill them myself. The other desk box was practically destroyed. It was barely in one piece, all Torn up. There was no hardware in the box for me to assemble. So now I’m waiting on parts.

This is the 3rd desk I've bought from this company over the last few years for the kids. Assembly time (from unboxing to taking the cardboard out the recycle afterwards) was 2.5 hours - I wasn't going for speed and was working at a normal/casual pace. I will say that I had to finish drilling out three holes where the screw inserts into the cam for the desk drawers (never had that issue with the previous two models though) so that added about 10 min or so. My recommendation after unboxing everything is to move all of the drawer pieces to a separate staging area first and then assemble those after the desk is completed.I also did not receive the colored circle stickers to cover up the cams with this desk as I have on the other two, so it's not as aesthetically pleasing as my daughter would like.The previous two desks I would rate a solid 5 out of 5 and only giving this a 4 out of 5 because of the issue with the desk drawers and not being sent the stickers to cover the cams.All of that being said, all of the kids love their desks and I would still purchase from this company again but no more kids, so no more desks needed!
