A GREAT new book on nature in Big Bend
I received my book yesterday by drone or driver - I don't know - I wasn't here. I devoured the book last night and this morning. I've been to Big Bend many times but there is so much in this book I am not familiar with. Jim and Lynne provide a closer look at the subtle things you won't see from the roads and parking areas. It gives you a much better appreciation for the abundance of nature that exists in the park. This is a great new reference book on Big Bend and a lot of fun to read through. And high quality pictures as well.

Great guide to the Park and its seasonal interests
Lynne and Jim Weber are a couple of naturalists in Central Texas who have previously written a seasonal guide to nature in the Austin Texas area. They present information in an easy to access format and an easy to understand style of presentation, booth written and visual. Their commitment to the Big Bend area is evident.

Three Stars
Disappointed that was no organization discussing growth/animals seen along the major trails!
