Missing accessory, but otherwise good.
My product didn't seem to come with the advertised phone attachment, which was a deciding factor for getting this telescope instead of another. It was a bit sad being able to see Juipiter and it's moons but not take a photo. My only option on here appears to be returning the entire telescope, but after spending ages assembling it, I really don't want the hassle of disassembling it, repackaging it, taking a day off work to get it to the post office and then waiting for a new one to assemble it all over again. Otherwise, the product seemed fine.

Instructions need to be reviewed to clarity
If you are selling this product it means you have a minimum understanding of people buying it and needing it to use it. Considering that, either you who sells it or the manufacturer need to make an effort ti go through the instructions and check their step by step process and clarity, which at the moment is unclear. You can’t see anything in the images. Which side things should be facing is a guess at all steps apart from one mention throughout the whole installation process. This is unacceptable. Do better! Add additional instructions from your end if you receive this product and just resell it.Can’t say anything about how it work because I am still struggling to put the last bits together thanks to the superficial and inconsiderate way of selling this product.
