Q: Is it real coffee? Does it have coffee in it or just the flavor?

From their marketing materials they use cold brew coffee to produce the cubes. It has a (IMHO) very strong coffee flavor, but certainly provides an energy boost. Hope this helps!

Q: How assorted? Entire box the same flavor? Each 4 pack has multiple flavors? Or each 4 pack has same flavor, but box has different flavor 4 packs?

It's not "assorted" it's "random" - some packs have all one flavor, some have a mix or 2 or 3 or 4 flavors. It's a little confusing because each pack of 4 says "Variety Pack - 3 Flavors" (which is technically not true - at least not in my box). Visually, it's hard to tell the difference between the flavors.
