Useless waste of money. No warranty service available.
I have bought it from amazone on 13.06.2022. It has stopped to working after 2 months. In Asansol no service centers available for repair or exchange it. I went to Electro service at Asansol today but they said me that they have not serving Alcatel although in google it show. Don't buy these product.

Speaker should quality hissing sound on full volume
I just bought this phone,looks very sleek with good design.The voice clarity is also good but if I turn the speaker to the highest volume ie level 4 there is a echo hissing sound that starts coming and goes off if put it on mute or turn it down to lower levels..looks like quality or a product issue.
