Quality product, worth EVERY penny!
i have had this chair for 2 years now and it feels as good now as it did on the day i purchased it. the assembly instructions were very clear and simple to follow. all tools required for assembly were provided. i sit in this chair every single day for many hours and its so comfortable. i got the XL one as it has more room for you to sit and you dont feel cramped as you do in the normal ones which is especially good for long time sitting sessions. ive not had to tighten anything on it which speaks volumes to the quality of it. if your on the fence about buying one because of the price, go for it, you will not regret spending that extra as youll probably be replacing that cheap one within a year like i did with the cheap one i had before this one.

Awesome chair
Two bad points to mention before the good, because I feel they are critically important. I ordered "black" however I received the grey fabric variant - though I actually much prefer it to a plain black, please bear it in mind in case it's not what you're looking for. The material quality is superb though. The second bad point is there were no assembly instructions with the chair. I don't know if it was just mine, but please bear this in mind too. The tools provided were nicely presented but there was a lack of how-to with it all. Thankfully, I had a handyman put the chair together, but he did say it wasn't easy. Now to the good points; comfort is great! I'm a plus size girl and this is perfect for needed hip room. The adjustable arm rests to lean out and in is great too. There's no sides that dig in, unlike other chairs. It's a deep seat, and nice back posture. Personally I prefer chairs without all these silly cushions strapped on, with this one you can actually sit IN it, not on it. I had tried this chair in Curry's and it was the winner. It does come in different colour variations, so I highly recommend the Razer website for an idea of how they look. But mine came in grey, not black. The XL option is a small percentage larger than the standard chair. I can vouch for this because the one I tried in Curry's was good for a plus size person, but XL feels more suitable. I do recommend a foot stool perhaps, but I am on the short side. Sometimes I find my calves ached where I was trying to reach the ground and support myself up. The chair's lowest seat height is about 45cm, if that helps anyone. I needed a lower seat to suit my gaming screen position on the wall. Overall, it feels very sturdy and I love swivelling around in it haha. It's great quality and also comes with a fireproof label too. The box it comes in is incredibly big and heavy, so make sure to be in when it arrives. The delivery men for mine were very friendly and professional. 👍🎮

Expensive with one or two downsides, but overall an amazing chair!
I've only had this chair for about a week, so I can't comment on the long term durabilitiy, but the comfort is superb! I bought the plain black leather variant for £400. The leather is soft and plush, but at the same time very firm and supportive. The first thing I thought when I leant the chair back was that I could nap in it, and I don't really nap! The lumbar support is great and naturally encourages you to sit in a healthy position. The chair feels very sturdy, but time will tell if that lasts. It is a very large chair, so it definitely makes a statement. It almost looks like a throne! The all black version isn't too "gamery", which is nice for my tastes. I'd probably give this a perfect 5 stars for comfort. The only reason I dropped a star is that I wish the arm rests came further back, so that you could rest your arms on them while you recline. This same issue is present with the Titan Evo chair. The chair was fairly straightforward to assemble, although a few of the screws were a bit fiddly to get in (tricky to get them in at the right angle). Other than that, this is a pretty perfect gaming chair, with a very high price tag! It certainly feels premium and well built, and installments were an option when I purchased. Overall I'd recommend this chair to those who are willing to pay a high price for a very premium gaming chair.

Overall excellent gaming/work chair but not for everyone
As I'm 6'2 I found it difficult to find chairs for work that can accommodate my height and also provide comfort and support. I took a gamble on this chair after reading reviews that said its not tall people and some saying it was. This is absolutely fine if you're my height + similar build (slim), I can effectively use the headrest and I don't feel it's small. I would say, however, if you're taller and larger then you might struggle. The seat + backrest are fairly narrow and sporty, it hugs you in position. The Iskur screams quality and the metal frame is very strong to support heavy weights. It is firm and focuses on posture/back support so this might not be to everyone's liking. I often get bad backs from soft chairs, so the firmness + the lumbar support this chair offers is great for me. The lumbar support is probably best on the market currently, I haven't seen another chair that offers this kind of tech/mechanism. I often use it when spending long hours at the work desk and don't feel any aches or pains. Do remember that you shouldn't spend hours In a chair anyway, so no matter what chair you have, you'll always feel an ache at some point - our bodies aren't designed for it! It terms of space requirements, I would say it doesn't take too much room in the house. It's sporty and compact and wheel base is actually fairly small. It does stand out in it's looks but it gives off a 'smart gamer' vibe rather than the rgb, neon colour trash that seems to be popular. I recommend two people to assemble, it's heavy and it's much easier when you to join the backrest to the seat. Assemble time with two people takes 15-20mins. The big downside is the price, it's very expensive. Perhaps overpriced. But for me, It ticks my requirement boxes and there's nothing on the market (that I've seen) that offers the lumbar support this chair does.

Worth every penny.
I have always bought chairs around the £100 mark as I always felt spending more was a waste of money - I mean, how much difference could there really be? A chair is a chair right? Wrong! The last chair I bought just about lasted a year before it collapsed on me (sending me sprawling on the floor) That chair was the most I had ever spent on a chair too (£135). So I was looking for another chair and my other half suggested I look at this one. Well I almost passed out at the price - (£299 at the time of purchase) but I slowly came round to the idea of spending that much if the quality and longevity of the chair would warrant it. So I finally bit the bullet and I am so glad I did. Unboxing it wasn't a case of all the components just thrown into large box, thought and care had obviously gone into the packaging. Everything was encased in foam to hold it in place and prevent any kind of damage. While assembling the chair I could feel the difference in the quality of the materials and the build quality of the parts already assembled. even the provided tools used for assembly were of a good quality. I am quite a big guy - 6' 2" and 200lb and after reading some of the reviews for this chair I was a little concerned that the chair would be tight or uncomfortable for my bulk but as soon as i sat in it I realised it was the perfect size. The head rest is exactly where it should be (shorter people might have a little trouble as the shape of the back of the chair does not allow the head rest to move down much further) the seat cradles me perfectly, I can feel the sides of the chair but I dont feel squashed or in any way cramped. The 4D arm rests feel solid and are adjustable in more ways than I have ever experienced. Not forgetting of course the biggest selling point of the chair - the lumbar support is sublime. Even with it set in its lowest position I can feel my back being supported and unlike a cushion, which more often than not provides an uncomfortable amount of support, the built in adjustment of the lumbar area makes it so easy to find the precise amount of support you require. With a 3 year warranty I can safely say that the extra up front expense on this chair will save me money in the long run - a chair a year at £100+ each or this chair guaranteed for 3 years but in all honesty I have a feeling that this chair will last much longer than that. Without doubt the best chair I have ever owned.

Great chair for its price
I got this with a small discount (under 600 I think?) and it is a really good chair within its category. The assembly process was mostly smooth, apart from attaching the back of the chair to its bottom. That was a real pain as the threads were blocked by the material that was loose behind those threads. Apart from this, this chair does feel like a premium product, it is comfortable and overall looks nice. Padding is pretty good and doesn't feel too stiff (I am wfh, so sitting in this chair for over 12 hours a day). One of the drawbacks as you might expect is breathability. My chair is of faux leather, so in those summer days it gets quite hot as there's no mesh on the lumbar support piece etc.

Poor product that fails after a few months
After a few months of using the chair, I noticed the gas lift begin to fail - over the course of a few hours the chair height would fall. This became more pronounced ie minutes rather than hours. I wrote to Razer who asked various questions and for a video and pictures, etc. Eventually they sent me some replacement parts in a broken box. Having made several attempts, it was impossible to dismantle the chair in order to install the replacement parts. I wrote to Razer again and they have now agreed to send further replacement parts to avoid dismantling the entire chair (just some of it) noting: “If I come across this kind of situation with my chair, I would feel the same way. Rest assured, I will try my best to help you. We are sad to hear that the defective parts won't be removed from your RAzer Iskur Black Edition gaming chair. Just to give you a heads-up, Razer does not have an IN_HOUSE service. Also, we won't be able to process any refunds since this was purchased directly from Amazon. Since the chair bottom parts won't be removed, we will be processing the remaining bottom parts needed. Depending on the availability of the part, we still need to validate it from our warehouse team and may not get an answer right away. We know how important this part is to you but don’t worry, if we have the part available we will make sure that it gets shipped out immediately. No guarantees yet but we will make sure that you get an update from us.” The experience has been shocking, especially given the price point of the chair. Whilst on meetings, colleagues wonder why my height keeps decreasing. They have now got used to it. I have not! Amazon, are you able to help? I have spent almost 10 hours trying to dismantle the chair. I now await some further parts. I am so frustrated that I would just like a refund so I can buy a decent product.

Better than many others.
Overall, I’m not too disappointed with the chair, however the lumbar support is a little firm for what I was anticipating. Better than others though. The fabric is very nice looking, premium even. Can feel a bit abrasive, like that scratchy feeling on a chalk board. The head cushion is less than suitable, I find myself removing it, hoping that I’ll find that sweet spot someday, but a month in, I’m not fond of it. Memory foam perhaps, but it can’t be brought low enough that it isn’t forcing my head forward, causing me some neck strain. The chair was very easy to assemble however, which was a big perk for me. It’s a very heavy chair, so do take advantage of the option for the delivery to be brought to a room of your choice, or just bring individual components to that room. Don’t try and get the box up stairs, it is VERY heavy. The cushioning on the bottom is adequate for longer sessions but I do find it to be a bit firm after longer than hoped. Overall, it’s a better chair than many other gaming chairs claim to be, offering the lumbar support, be it a tad too firm for my preference.
