This electric fire and surround is really beautiful, cannot fault the appearance and quality of workmanship. This fire and surround really stands out in any room, had many praises from who has seen it. The log effect looks so real when lit up and is so pleasant to look at, soothing and calming. Heat output from the electric fire is really good, there are two heat settings and you can turn on a lovely ambient glow around the sides of the fire. The whole setup is easy to put together, it is free standing but I fastened a small bracket on either side and screwed it to the wall. The unit came well packaged and good value.

I dont usually write reviews but here goes...I bought this electric fire suite to replace a grotty wall mounted gas fire that the previous owners left and it has completeley transformed my space. The fireplace itself is a lovely sleek off white/cream colour which came with a paint pen in case of any marks (which may come in handy in the future). It was easy to assemble, it took me around 3/4 hour. then Iinserted the fire which came in one whole unit. I plugged it in a WOW!I dont intend to use the heat function much but I gave it a go and it threw quite a lot of heat out. The noise of the fan was negilgible espessially if you have the tv on too, but then Im a bit deaf, so you will have to make your own mind up there. The log "flame" is realistic looking, giving out a lovely ambience. The mood light which i wasnt really bothered about is an added bonus making the room feel even more cosier with lots of colours to choose from. If you are thinking of buying this suite, then you will not be dissapointed, and it wont break the bank.

Absolutely perfect! Delivery brilliant in fact arrived a day early. Easily assembled as instructions give you step by step. When fully assembled this fire place looked better than it did in the display photos. I bought the Espresso oak surround and it looks more expensive than the price I paid which is always pleasing. The fire itself has a good flame display which can be adjusted though personally I prefer the highest setting. Finally I would like to thank BRITIHOME. The purchase of this fireplace has been money well spent.

This is a great fire and surround, it looks amazing with or without the light on. It has a few settings which are remote control to suit your mood. I have a small room and it fits in perfectly. Very happy ,it didn't take long to assemble ,happy days.

LOVE, LOVE this fire suite. Arrived on time and although one panel had a Crack in it the supplier got another one out to us immediately. Very good instructions and easy to put together, looks fabulous in my lounge. Thank you

Easy to assemble, looks good and functions well. The surround finish is not robust so care is needed when handling. Another minor quibble is that the remote is made of brittle plastic and if dropped on a hard floor...

We were about to buy a fire suite from B&Q when we saw this one. It was a bit of a gamble with not being able to look at it up close like the ones at B&Q, but we are so glad we got it. So easy to assemble with just a Phillips screwdriver needed. The build quality is great and it is half the price of the the one we were interested in at B&Q......and better!
