Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have been looking for black dining chairs, and a friend told me to check on Amazon. I was leery to order. However, to my surprise not only did they arrive in perfect condition. They were very good quality chairs, and the price was just unbelievable.. The chairs are great. You will not be disappointed..

The chairs are easy to assemble. I used my table top to rest seat while assembling legs to chair base. I really wish I had went with my first choice of the walnut stain instead of the black, but I can live with the black. Eclectic tastes so it's all good.

These chairs came package really well. I bought 6 (3 sets of 2). Assembly was incredibly easy. It took me 55 mins to unbox and assemble 6 by myself. I timed myself and it was about 5-6 mins per chair of actual assembly. I think the negative reviews may just be one offs. All of my chairs were clearly brand new. They do have a smell but I don’t mind it. They’re really sturdy and solid. If the holes didn’t line up for others it may be because they tightened down the screws too early. There are only 3 steps to assembly (which include 4 pocket screws for the cross bars, and 6 Allen wrench screws to attach legs to seat). I would definitely recommend these chairs and purchase again. I don’t have time to assemble my new tabletoday but I know they’ll look amazing with it!

Love the chairs. Pretty comfortable & very attractive!! I wish they came in a Mahogany color. But they don't, so we deal.... next best was the black & that is very sharp. As for 'comfort; I would say simply that "Is wood ever truly comfortable"? I love their box! But you have to buy them to see the box!!! Very easy to put together... they came about 80% 'done'. Which was a pleasure !!! Thanks very much!!

These chairs were very easy to put together and are very sturdy. At first I thought they might be uncomfortable and need a cushion, but they actually have a slight divot/curve where you sit and are surprisingly comfortable. I am 5’2” tall and if I sit all the way back on the chair as intended with no shoes on, the heel of my foot will not touch the ground, which is to be expected based on the measurements given. The bench in the photo is from the same company (DUHOME Entryway Bench, Black Dining Bench with Spindle Back Farmhouse Bench Wood Bench Windsor Bench for Foyer Balcony Living Room, Black (Black, Bench)). In parentheses is the exact name for the bench in the photo that I bought.

Attractive, black wooden chairs were a good fit in our kitchen. Wife and I assembled them together. Our previous kitchen chairs got excessive use/abuse, resulting in loose joints and breakage.Therefore, I decided to run a wood screw in each leg to supplement this joint. These chairs fit together nicely. I would recommend them.

The chairs I received had some marks on the chair seat and the seller was very responsive in fixing it for me. A couple things to note about the chairs.I bought these ones because they were the “bigger” duhome chairs but when I received them they were the size of the smaller ones and say on the chair they have a weight limit of 225 vs the listing says 285. So these chairs are definitely small and not for large people. But the company is great and I will definitely purchase duhome products in the future.
