Organic brown rice pasta with moroheiya.

I really wanted to love this product because it is organic and does not contain wheat. If I had never tried the GreeNoodles wheat/Moroheiya ramen, i may be praising the brown rice pasta a little more, but taste and texture win here: the ramen is distinctly better.I put some coconut oil on the cooked brown rice pasta to flavor it a bit, but the noodles became gummy. Still, they are worth using, though pricey, instead of the fettuccine-like noodles commonly sold in grocery stores, which are wheat-based and may be GMOs or contain pesticide residue.

Promising but...
Pros: a Non-gluten alternative to regular pasta with the benefit of the added nutrition. Cons: Pricey, and while most non-gluten kinds of pasta are more expensive, this is more so--maybe because of the addition of the moroheiya (vegetable ingredient described as a superfood). Also, the texture is ok but not as good as another non-gluten pasta I use which is less expensive.

This pasta is the best I've ever tasted. You can eat it dressed up or with nothing at all.
