This is the classic Calpol medicine but in ibuprofen form. My children don't mind the taste and it is fast to work. Worth the cost.

A must have for medicine cabinet in household with kids along with paracetamol+) taste OK for kids to take (unlike antibiotics which make kids run a mile)+) kids love the pink colour+) easy to dose with syringe, attach to top of bottle, invert and pull syringe for accurate doseage+) effective in fever control- personally find it better with fever control+) used along side, alternating between paracetamol during the day for adequate fever control+) minimal side effects good safety profile-) more potential side effects than paracetamol tho- to bare in mind-) could not see a higher strength one for older children

I brought this to use for my poorly guineapig which worked a treat and causes no adverse effects long as the dosage is 0.3 mls.

We have used this for our toddler for teething purposes and it seems to be much more effective than regular calpol for that particular purpose.
