Lovely colour.
This is my new favourite. Goes on well, colour comes out the same as the box. Leaves my hair really soft and shiny. Does wash out every wash. But the colour doesn’t fade much.

The smell is awful
Being a hairdresser myself I'm use to all chemical smells but this has to be the worse smelling product I've ever come across. I cannot describe the smell, it's not a chemical smell it's just sickening and absolutely vile. Application is lovely it's not runny. Colour turned out great, a nice warm plum brown. Condition of my hair was lovely. I'm unsure I'd purchase this again down to the awful smell

Good experience, but the tracking updates could be better.
1. Perform an allergy alert test 48 hours prior to coloring. 2. For long or thick hair, use two packs. 3. Apply the color cream and developer lotion mixture to the hair. 4. Wait for the recommended processing time. 5. Rinse and apply the included conditioner.
