Other features such as apps for timing and brushing feedback , white mode, tongue care, etc. are helpful but not needed. What is needed is a UV sterilizer, so I recommend this electric toothbrush be used with a UV sterilizer for the brush heads that can be purchased separately. The price of this model Phillios Sonicaire toithbrush is reasonable since Deep Clean Mode is offerred on this model. Consumers shouldn't have to pay over $200 for a feature that should be offerred on every Phillios Sonicaire Toothbrush at even lower price points. Phillips please take note! There will come a price point at which you lose my customer loyalty for the obviously superior Deep Clean Mode feature. Price does matter. Buyers note you absolutely shoukd reguster the new toothbrush at Phillipsusa.com with eithertge moel number or sku number printed on the box. Benefits include extra 6 month warranty in addition to full two years warranty with all new toothbrushes from Phillips. This company's Oral Health Division Customer Service phone operators are knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely generous in support of their customers . It was so easy to both purchase new toothbrushes and file a warranty claim on one purchased 3 months ago on Amazon, that I bought three new toothbrushes diectly with Phillips while attending to an Amazon Model 7300 Return and free full replacement. The process at Amazon Customer Service Product Support was frustrating and unsuccesful when I dealt with my warranty claim for this itoothbrush.

This electric tooth brush is really state of the art. My old one was great but it died. The cleaning the old one wasn’t doing is now obvious. I was going to return it though because it is all black and the lights are not bright on the indicators. My eyes are bad and I could not see them well enough. I started a return. I continued using the tooth brush for ten days. Even with my bad eyes and age related memory stuff, everything became so easy and no problem… really! I cancelled my return and really am happy with this brush. J

Great toothbrush that is a beautiful sleek color. The charge lasts a very long time which is great if you forget your charger. This is worth every penny and I would definitely recommend this to anyone that care about their oral health.

I bought this brush to replace another Sonicare and I’m enjoying it. I had cavities as a child and vowed to never have them again, and so far this Sonicare is helping me to stay on track. I work varied schedules and want to be lazy sometimes, but I’m using the app to keep me on track.

I have had this since August and it stopped working. It is fully charged and I have replaced the head with several different ones. IT DOES NOT VIBRATE! Way too expensive for a toothbrush to only work for a few months.

So far, in brand-new condition, the battery has lasted at least a month on full-charge, which I've never had with other Sonicare products in the past.

Big fan! Holds charge forever, travel case is handy, different settings are nice.

No complaints pretty impressed and happy.
