Still cooks perfect Rice & Steams Veggies on the little inner rack. Not much more to say. Last one died after ten(10) years. If too little water or you forget then you may get some brown bottom. Too much water and no rinse gives sticky rice nice for Rice balls. But follow the simple instructions and you don't need to worry about testing rice in a pot on stove.

Shipped me a defective product that didnt work and wouldn't turn on when I unpacked it - tried to return product and advised to mail back. Discovered more $ to ship back USPS than product was worth - attempted to speak to their customer support who advised I should contact the manufacturer to resolve. Not worth the effort and just ate the cost. Buyer beware as they ship broken products and leave you with no viable options.

Love it. Mine broke cause it was old and I knew I wanted another one just like it.
