Like I said, easy to take. Taking a regimen of supplements at the moment, so I can't attest to any specific changes.

We all need vitamin D
There's a good pill to take when you don't want to go outside in the sun but I don't know if I should continue to take this pill because I read somewhere that vitamin d is not good for you if you have kidney disease so for right now I put that pill aside until I find out different.
