The price was great and I was willing to go with a refurbed unit, purchased the support package. Received the product and after booting up, the system would not recognize both monitors at the same time. The Asus monitors resolution could not be adjusted, as the monitors were not new and Windows 10 could not recognize. I contacted the seller. They sent me a new adaptor cable "y" connector. SAME ISSUE, I purchased 2New monitors, resolution is great and adjustable. However, still cannot use two monitors. After consulting a computer repairman, he suggested I get a new graphics card, which I have done. Will install and hopefully fix the problem.As of today, I now have spent money on graphics card, monitors, cabling and advice than the system cost and still not a usable two monitor system. Very disappointed.Latest.Still unable to use two monitors. Spent 300 on mew monitors, 135 on new graphics card and still could only get one to work. I ordered a new splitter......received call from the new seller.... He explained what needed to be done. Use the DVI cable for one and use the HDMI for the other. Works perfectly. Thanks George.So, in review, the computer works well. I spent more trying to get it to work S advertised than I spent for the original system. I have two monitirs and a graphics card that I cannot use. But... At least it is now working.Round Sam is not a good supplier.

I love it. At work I use duel monitors, and I've been wanting then at home as well. When I found this deal, I read all the reviews and figured, it was worth a try. I love this computer. It runs fast, has a lot of hard drive space for downloads or what ever. There is even room to add more memory but so far I don't have the need for it. The computer has a few light scratches on the outside surface, as expected for a refurbished computer. It runs good, seems really fast, and the monitors are great. So far so good. It was definitely with the money and the great deal.

I hate that I even have to give it a star. If you want to literally burn your money, this is the right product for you. I wrote them, explaining my Dad's computer had started smoking, a lot like the one in the review with a video, and this was their response."You received this item on 6/30/17 - over 4 months ago. It is highly unlikely that a computer catches on fire. Modern CPU’s will shut down if they sense an over-temperature condition. If that fails, the CPU will just burn out before it gets to the temperature to start a fire. Failing that, other components on the motherboard would fail before ignition. In all our time of selling these items, we have only seen one case that had a slight burnt smell, and that was because the owner switched out the power supply and put another one that was the wrong size and type needed for that unit. We were not consulted on that repair.We are sorry you are having issues. Computers need to be located in an area that is well ventilated, not closed up in a cabinet, for example. It needs to breathe. I've made several computers, they key to them not burning up is to not use crap quality and prey on people who don't know better. I do enjoy your condescending tone, I get it, you're use to people who know nothing about computers, and while your information may not be incorrect - it is highly unlikely that a computer would be put into the scenario that it overheats to that point. It's hardware failure, and crap hardware failure, flat out."

Computer works good. Easy setup. Arrived a day early which was awesome. Did not give 5 stars because the key board was broke. It was at the bottom of the box under the monitors and and tower. Not smart packing. Other wise computer works great!!! Has built in WIFI amd speakers. Very nice for being refurbished.

The system came with all components plus a free wireless N usb adaptor. The monitors were both Dell (same size and model). All the cords were included, the dual monitor HDMI cord was also included for split screen. The computer is perfect for web browsing and business use. Windows 10 runs well and is a clean install from startup. They also included a backup DVD for the system.
