Since I was in my teens I have been in the habit of using a cotton ball that I douse in 70% isopropyl alcohol to clean my face after I shave but before I apply balm. It seemed that all the cotton balls were getting smaller and it was difficult to find one that was large enough or worked well for this purpose. These cotton balls are large enough and absorbent enough and do the job quite well.

If you are a daily user of cotton balls to remove makeup, these are the best brand. They are thick but soft.

Swisspers Jumbo Cotton Balls are the perfect size to clean large areas of skin and small areas (they can be pulled apart). They hold a considerable amount of fluid (I use witch hazel on insect bites and minor scrapes and I don't have to continually add more to these cotton balls).A major plus is that they are cruelty free!!!!!

It's hard to find truly jumbo cotton balls. These are on the expensive side, but they are the largest ones I've found.

These cotton balls are great for many different things. They are definitely jumbo size and super absorbent. I use them often so it's great that they are offered in a 2 pack. Way better than those cheap tiny ones sold elsewhere.

Great size however the quality has deteriorated since the pandemic. I use for my Clinique toner application and they are very scratchy on the face. Like an exfoliator. Lol. OK and does the job, but very rough and therefore cannot fully recommend.
