No unfortunately it is made in China. However, it is a really nice lightweight jacket. It runs a little large. If you are in between sizes, then size down. It will be more flattering. It is not form fitting like the picture shows. I still like it; just wish I would have ordered a medium rather than the large.

Q: I'm normally a size small but measure about 39in around the bust area. Will a medium fit me . . . or maybe a large?

It runs big. I have a 38" bust and got the large. I really wish I would have ordered the medium. Honestly, if you usually wear a small jacket, maybe you should stick with a small in this one. I usually order a large and it is big and borderline sloppy.

It's made in China. It is true to size. The arm length and length of jacket is long as you see in the photo.
