Great product, awesome price
Great product, awesome price. i have bought two now and although there was a small mixup with the drive the company immediately fixed it for me and I have been happy with the product for almost a year now. Really great value for your money. I am a full-time college teacher online so having something that is reliable, fast, and up to date was important to me. This product definitely delivered. Loved it so much I bought a second one for my embroidery machine to work on.

it works good
First of all, I normally order from my computer but since it died, I had to get the Amazon shopping App for my phone. I could not get all the details about what I was ordering. I was surprised when I got it to find it is a refurbished computer. The one that just died was also refurbished. I was disappointed that I didn't see any mention of it being refurbished when I found it via my phone. But so far so good. I will be disappointed if it shoots craps like the other one did...while I purchased it a few years ago in anticipation of my old one breaking, I had just set it up two days before it died...well, the power went off when I was online and it blew out all the drivers for the internet and the sound system. That one was a refurbished HP...this one is a Dell. Crossing my fingers.

Pretty nice for the price
It is nice for the price but does not come with Wi-Fi capability. I have yet to see how it handles anything so I will update my review once I do. It was set to boit in legacy mode when I first turned it in and gave me a scare when it wouldn't boot, but a quick Google search somewhat problem. All in all not upset about this purchase.

Worthless and useless. Don't waste your money.
Not good. You may notice a high number of used and reconditioned Dell computers of this make and model being sold by second hand sellers on the internet. I bought the first one because I needed one in a hurry. It couldn't even spell. The characters typed were different from the keyboard. The @ sign was a quotation mark ". And the letter y was a z. I couldn't get into my yahoo account so I had to send it back for a refund. The second one I bought had the CD/DVD missing. It was worthless. After buying two in a row I bought a HP.

I think they gave me a brand new one instead of a refurbished!
Received the Dell desktop in a tightly secured box with foam packaging inside. Got a nice free keyboard and mouse too! Before I turned the computer on, I had to scurinize the appearence. The outside looks very clean with no dust, no dirt and no scratches. I easily flipped the desktop open to look inside. It is super clean! I couldn't tell if the parts were refurbished.I turned the desktop on and I thought it was broken because I can't even hear the fan! The fan is super quiet! It came preloaded with Windows 10 as advertised. Being a girl, I for sure thought I will have problems when I boot up. It even came with simple instructions to setup the computer. Then only 5 minutes later, Windows 10 was all set and ready to use LOL !!!This establishment is absolutely customer oriented. I felt that they really gave alot of thought before selling stuff to customers. This is a very well deserved 5 star review. Thank you Klamp Electronics for making my day!Product arrived really fast with Prime.Product is exactly as shown in the picture.I will highly recommend this product to all my friends and family.I will definitely buy from KLAMP Electronics again!

Overall Good Performer but Not Perfect
I purchased a Dell Optiplex 7010 from SkyTech USA LLC (fulfilled by Amazon), just a little over a year ago. I've used Dell computers in all the offices I've ever worked in and wanted one for my home office as well. I was a little hesitant to purchase a refurbished computer because I'm not very technically oriented, but decided to try it out since it just seemed to present a much better value than buying new.I was pleasantly surprised to encounter minimal issues during the setup of the computer when it arrived. The included Windows key functioned without any issues and I was able to start working on it shortly thereafter (installed a separately purchased Microsoft Office suite as well). I have pretty basic computing needs -- documents, spreadsheet and web browsing -- so there's not much to judge the performance of the computer on, but performance wise it's been more than adequate for my needs. The only minor lag I encounter is when viewing large, graphically intensive files like architectural drawings, although I'm not sure if that's to blame on my older version of Acrobat.I would have given this a 5-star review except for one somewhat significant hardware issue: The computer shipped with a worn-down CPU fan. The fan made a grinding noise right out of the box and the seller should have replaced it prior to shipping. I first thought it was a bearing issue but later discovered that the fan casing was slightly warped, which is a common issue for the CPU fan assembly on small form factor Dells. I recently replaced the fan after the grinding noise got to a point where it felt like parts would start flying off the chassis. It wasn't too hard to source a used OEM part online, but I was without my work computer for several days.Overall I think the computer is still an excellent value, but I am somewhat disappointed that the seller didn't replace the CPU fan prior to shipping.
