I got these just a few days ago. I was interested because of the mushroom coffee I always hear about, but I hate coffee, so these were a perfect solution. The first day I took them, I took two in the morning and another two in the afternoon. They taste great. They are about the size of a gummy bear, but easier to chew than that. I felt kind of buzzed that first day. The second day I only took them in the morning. For some reason I was exhausted, and felt tired most of the day. The third day, I took them in the morning again. I didn't feel the buzz like the first day, but I've been focused and able to complete tasks that normally I would stress about for a while and potentially not even start. I just kind of was able to do them without thinking about it too much. It's very effective. I feel like they're doing exactly what I wanted, and I'm excited to see how the effects settle with continued use. I feel like this is a worthwhile purchase, and am glad that I set up for a subscription. I will update this review if I notice anything else noteworthy.I am back to add that I find these work better the later in the day I take them. If I take them first thing in the morning, I don't feel them as much, but if I wait until I'm already up and moving, they give me that burst of energy and focus right when I need it most. Personally I like taking them right after lunch the best.

They are actually delicious helps me feel better and did I say that they are delicious? They work way better than I thought they would. They help with my energy levels by bringing them up, help builds my immune system, and just help me feel better all round.

I was so excited tot try these! The plus is they are made with organic ingredients, no dyes, and low sugar. I think no syrup or sugar and they’d be great! Great package and flavors.As far as more focused and less anxiety. It unfortunately hasn’t helped me at all. When things are processed it strips them of their nutrients and doesn’t benefit you. I should’ve followed my thought when I heard about them… eat WHOLE foods for results.
