Bought the fluffy version before this and used it until the charging piece stopped working. The new one here has been working so far. Although the charging port seems to be from the same company as the previous one so hopefully this will last longer. Very soothing to the eyes if you use computer all day and want some relaxation, this is def for you! probably will help with the blood circulation around the eyes if you remember to consistently use it.

This device stopped charging. I simply tried the original charger and it seems to have started charging. Crisis averted. The charging current needs to be non-smart less than .5 amps. Seems like that was the issue.The fit is good. It has a good temp on low. It helps after I was destroyed by crappy Los Angeles landlords that provided damaging health rentals.

Do not buy this product! The mask worked fine for the first few weeks but after 36 days it stopped working and won’t take a charge.

From the wife: there are not enough exclamation marks to describe my love of this product. I don’t get to sleep easily with cats, babies, stress, anxiety, etc. I tried massage eye masks to help reduce my tension and they were just awful (I tried a lot, too). This is magic. I’m asleep before the heat goes off 20 min after putting it on - usually I’m out in 5 min. I didn’t know what to get 2 other ladies for Xmas and the answer became clear - I’m slowly buying up all of these puppies. The only complaint is you have about 2 cycles on a charge. That’s good for about 1 night for me, as I usually wake up with the kids at least once. However, if you forget to charge it, you’re out of luck for the next night. I wish it would last at least 4 cycles for convenience purposes. Alas, a minor gripe.

I use the heated mask twice daily on high temperature for 15 minutes each time. When the mask is fully charged, the heat is available for about 4 uses before recharge is needed. Recharging is not instant, so to avoid waits, I bought 2 masks. One would suffice I guess if you wanted to use the mask while it was connected for charging. But I sometimes got distracted and forgot which way to fit everything together.The drawback is the connector that attaches to the heating element for charging is not very easy to attach. It is difficult to put the female connector onto the male part of heating element while the element is in the mask itself. Plus no marker on the connector indicates which is top or bottom. I could put a blob of paint on the top of the connector, but I chose this method since I have two masks:1 Remove the heating element needing charged from the mask. Call this one A for reference2 Immediately remove the other heating element that is charged while noting which part of the connector is up. Call this one B3 Connect the uncharged heating element (A) to the charger like the other one was attached4 Finally, put the element from 2 above (B) into the mask

Love the concept of this mask so I was excited to try it. While it’s comfortable to wear and even fall asleep in, it’s totally ineffective as a hot compress. It heats up to a great temperature but the mask doesn’t actually touch my eyelids. It sits maybe 1/2 away from my eyes, so my eyelids miss any actual heat or compression. I tried to fasten it a lot of different ways but it just didn’t work for me. Really bummed to have spent my money on this.

It worked well to break up headaches, it can get hot so don't leave it on too long

I only have used this eye mask a couple of times but really like the fit and temperature. It is really easy to use. My only complaint is the charger. It doesn't connect all the way into the mask. If not set just right it doesn't charge. I don't know how to contact company but would like them to send me another charger. I think I have the wrong charger for this mask.Other than the charger nice mask!
