Awesome product!

Great press, easy to use. Recieved it in 3 days just intimate for shirt order. Not as heavy as the one that went out so that makes it more portable to relocate work spaces. Very satisfied.

I bought this for home use and am happy with it. The sticker that goes over the digital readings doesn't stay secured but can easily be glued on. For the money, it was a good purchase for my uses.

The plates don't line up. It wont level out and stays at an angle. I messaged the company and they continue to tell me to turn the knob counter clockwise but no matter how loose it is it is still not working properly and is rubbing my shirts as I turn it leaving a burn mark on the top left of my shirt. My cord that attaches the lid to the box is melting. The temp is set on 265 which is low for some of my transfers. I am going to have to purchase a different press and am now out all of this money. Save yourself time and money purchase a better press. Costumer service is of no help as well. The media could not be loaded. Update: I was able to reach out to the company and after several messages back and forth and not being able to find a fix the company sent me a replacement heat press. They thought maybe I wasn't turning the knob on the back but turning the knob didn't make it any easier to swivel the top. It's not often these days that you find a company that goes above and beyond and stands behind their products. Because of their great customer service and their willingness to resolve the issue I updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Unfortunately with any product there will always be some that are defective but this company makes it right and makes sure you are happy. If you have a problem just be patient and give them time to resolve it.Unfortunately I can not give this product a good review. I ordered the 15×15 inch swing away because I had been using a clam shell style heat press for a few years and due to nerve damage in my shoulder I needed something easier to use. Sadly the machine is not easier as theres clearly a defect. It's a serious burn risk in fact because you literally need two hands to swing the top plate to the side and even then it is tight and doesn't swing with ease. I've seen videos of other peoples where the top plate easily swings to the side so there's clearly an issue with my machine. Also the mat itself came with a burn mark on it straight out of the box.I tried to reach customer service and their website wanted me to upload videos. The videos had to be under 30mb so I made a quick video under 30mb and still wasn't able to upload it and got error messages every time I tried which only frustrated me more. At that point I gave up because no one has attempted to reach out to me to help resolve the issue. I live in a 3rd floor apartment and lugging this machine back down 3 flights of stairs to send it back while having nerve damage in my shoulders doesn't make me happy but it seems like that's my only option. I then still have to hope that a new one won't be the same way.I will try to attach a video to show how difficult it is to swing the top plate out of the way. I would highly recommend going with a different machine. I dislike leaving 1 star reviews but people need to be aware of this issue before buying. I was only able to attach the shorter video to this review so I'm hoping people can see what I'm talking about.

Only had it for a week but working great so far. Temperature stays up and where it is set at. One quirk my wife discovered is that it helps if you warm up the element over the product (unclamped) otherwise it tends to develop a cool spot at the bottom and it doesn't sublimate well
