I've been using this casually for a few weeks now and it's been working as intended. The fans are far less noisy than my laptop's fans at top speed and I don't find them very intrusive.I mainly wanted something I could put my laptop on while I'm in bed or lounging around the house so the fans don't get blocked and this fit the bill. At around $20 it really does all it needs to, but I don't know that it would withstand any heavy or rough use since it feels a bit fragile. I haven't been using my laptop for a ton of heavy gaming but there have been a few days with several hours of game use and I don't think my fans even had to go above the lowest setting with this on. The fans are controlled with small wheels that you turn to make them faster or slower and it works to adjust the speed, though don't expect any really precise fine tuning with them.The phone stand is included but it's tucked inside the casing so it's a bit hard to find at first. I honestly don't ever use it as I don't really have a need for it, but for those who are curious it's just a piece of light plastic that slots into the frame and holds your phone upright.This fits my Acer Nitro 16 inch laptop perfectly from side to side (though my laptop is a bit longer from front to back but it doesn't seem to negatively affect the use) and it uses a small plastic tab that you flip up on the front to keep your laptop from sliding off.All in all for the price I think this is a great option for anyone on a budget looking for something relatively simple and inexpensive that does the job you want it to.
