I tried to return this only to find that I had to print my own label not UPS. It was the end of January and we had a ice and snow storm so I didn't get back to UPS in time. The only reason I waited so long was that I forgot where I had put it and I found it and the box at the end of January. It never worked. It wouldn't suck in smoke and eventually as we were trying to find out if we were doing something wrong but then it started making a grinding noise. A piece of junk. I wish I could still return it. Money set on fire and I need my money or a working product.

It's cute an it didn't work when I got it its been dropped the fan was stuck so we moved it around several times upside down an the fan fell back into its place so now it works but if it gets shooken at all it will move again so if u buy this remember don't move it around to much the little fan will move out of its spots but otherwise it dose work good an its cute an yes I would say not a bad buy at all its very fragile but it works

Bought 2 as gifts. Was told they worked great, even liked the fragrant tablet it came with but unfortunately the battery had to be replaced constantly. Not good. 😔

This was one of the rare times that I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing, and I sure wish had. Everything said is true. I knew it would be low-powered once I saw it only took two AA batteries. Only a day later, it won’t power on. When it was briefly working, shuts off in fewer than 5 minutes. Complete waste of money.

It is a plastic ashtray that needs to be recharged all the time, and it's not worth it.

I bought the air fresheners with it but have no idea where they go since it did not come with instructions. Anyone else know where they are suppose to go? Other than that it appears to be fine but I’ve only used it once so we’ll see how it goes.

Works as promised but auto shuts off every 4-5 minutes

Have had less than 1 month, replaced batteries twice, dead again. Supposed to run 5 minutes, then shut off, but within days of changing batteries with premium batteries, runs less than 2 minutes. Despite washing reusable filter frequently, strong tobacco scent remains. Don’t recommend. Purchased Holmes Smoke Grabber at same time, works well. Worth the $28 for Holmes vs. Wasting $15 on this one.

It is junk so dont buy it. Poorly made and noisy. Threw it in the trash.

Simple easy to use.

It's aweful !! It doesn't do as desscribed, shuts off within 1 minute , very disapointed and plan on returning it for my money back!!
