My piece was defective as I was unable to open the lock of the necklace, so I would like to exchange it with a fresh piece.

Nice piece but looks old. It doesn’t have an antique look either.
Product is sizeable but looks old and faded. The chain is rusty. Definitely will advise not to gift this article.
