The quality of this mat is GREAT!! PRO TIP: It is challenging to unrole and wants to curl back up once in place. While rolled out, place weights on the corners to keep it down, then place a sheet on top of the mat and iron over the sheet. The heat will cause the plastic to be a little more pliable and remain in place. Once you've applied the heat, you can remove the weights from the corners (be sure to iron over the corners too).

My desk chair was tearing up the carpet under my desk. I ordered this to protect what’s left. It fits perfectly under my desk and chair and has done a great job protecting the carpet. It makes it easier to roll my chair under the desk as well. Will be buying another one once my vanity comes in.

I wish I read the one star reviews before purchasing this nightmare mat. It is very stiff and thick with a painfully spiky underside. With two people and lots of painful pokes later, we finally gave up. Couldn't even unfold the thick tightly rolled up mat that you can't touch the underside of becuase it is like sharp needles. It was like a workout using our arms and legs to try to hold it down while unfolding and we still couldn't. I need to buy a practical more flexible one that can unfold and be used without very sharp underside.

Sturdy floor mat~ I ordered this brand because I thought it shipped flat- it was rolled up and took DAYS to flatten out. I piled heavy items on corners and edges - It seems good quality so I'll keep it- just know that it takes a long time to flatten out and the spikes on the bottom or super sharp.

I love how my chair glides on it at my sewing machine. I just wasn’t prepared for how much it was going to slip around. I’m constantly putting it back in place.
