Zoo Med Gourmet Aquatic Turtle Food 11 oz.

I have 3 RES turtles I wanted to give a more variety food to and this was a hit with them right away. I've been getting this blend for about a year now and I dont think I will switch. It has great variety in it like dried shrimp, cranberries, and pellets. This exact size cost me $16 at the pet store so I have this on a subscription and have it delivered every few weeks. Highly recommend for RES owners

We have 2 red eared sliders and have been feeding them this food for years. I feel like it’s so diverse and more like what they would eat out in the wild. The food is such great quality and a great value for the money.

I currently switched from Flukers to this Zoo Med Gourmet turtle food and all 4 turtles are enjoying it. Although I do have to say that my turtles seem to get excited about any food placed in the tank so maybe that's not the most convincing product review.I would have to say that it has made feeding them easier because of the mix of pellets, mealworms, shrimp and cranberries (Flukers just has pellets and mealworms.... occasionally you might get a dried shrimp or 2) allow you to just have one container of food instead of ordering multiple turtle food types. I also think that they need a variety of food for nutritional purposes and who just wants to eat pellets 365 days a year.I also noticed that this food didn't leave as much residue in the tank when I would clean it. Every time I cleaned the tank when using the Flukers food i would find a lot of what looks to be like pellets that decomposed at the bottom of the tank (maybe they didn't eat them all). So far the 2 months that I have been using the Zoo Med, I haven't run across any of the decomposed pellet like substance.The last thing i would like to bring up is that the amount of meal worms, dried shrimp and cranberries in the Zoo Med mix is very good. As I get towards the bottom of the bottle, I'm still getting a mix of everything. With the Flukers, it seemed like it was 90% pellets and 10% worms and about halfway through the Flukers you would see pretty much all pellets left. Plus when you get to the last bit of food in the Flukers container, you will see a lot of broken down mealworms in very small pieces or literally as meal worm dust.I don't think Flukers is a bad choice.... I'm just saying I think I found the Zoo Med Gourmet better for my turtles.

I've had my red earred slider turtle for about 16 years now. Minnow has eaten many different foods along the way, but this one is her ultimate favorite. She loves the cranberries and will seek them out to eat them first. This is a product I actively seek out because my turtle deserves the best and this product is good quality. If you've got a red earred slider, or a similar species, this is an excellent food!

I have a water turtle that I've had for 29 years and he loves this food! It has good quality ingredients that are healthy for him as well. The size is great for the price and will probably last a year considering how much my turtle eats. I'll definitely be purchasing again.
