I'm in a job that originally had no work from home (WFH) option. Well, COVID happened and now my job is four days telework and one day in the office. While I do enjoy this schedule, my previous WFH chair was not up to the task of supporting my fat ass. As the current schedule will continue, my ( male, 5'10", 245 lbs.) body needed a good WFH chair that did not break my budget. After looking at several different options at my local "office supply store" the conclusion was that the mesh type of chairs are out and the costs were not realistically aligned with the quality of the seating experience. Padding, seat comfort, seat back height were the main drivers of my search. Secondary were ease of assembly and color choices. After test sitting in various models and on-line research, I took a gamble on this chair. Was not disappointed as this chair was easy to put together (although I do recommend having someone to help as it's easier if they're there to hold some sections during the armrest assembly portion) but otherwise very simple to do. They even included spare screws in case one gets lost or damaged during the setup. Very easy to follow instructions should not be a problem for anyone to follow (if even needed). Now I did have a minor issue after the first few days and I emailed their customer service folks (actually, it was a reply to them reaching out in a follow up to see if I was happy) and they got back to me right away. Their solution to my issue was very quick and 100% perfect as far as I'm concerned. While I can't speak about the longevity of the chair, for the time I've been using it has been comfortable, good looking (as if that really matters in a WFH situation, but some may find it important) and I'm very happy with my purchase. Bottom line, a comfortable and easy to assemble chair that wont break the bank (with great customer service follow up should you need it) and I highly recommend it.

First of all, let me say, "I Love this chair!!" It is Sturdy, Comfortable, and looks Really Nice!! But..... someone needs to work on design & Q.C.. The screws weren't even IN the package they were supposed to be, but rolling around inside the box. Also these same screws that are meant to attach the arms to back & seat fall into the metal arms and get lost rolling around inside the cylinders, which is Very awkward when you managed to get most of them in. But, after alot of shaking the chair arms, cussing, and redoing several screws, it finally all came together. Please just make the screws a little longer, and secure them a little better. Still I will say the Quality of the chair is definitely Great for the Bargin price. I will buy again if it holds up long enough!! Hence the 5 Star rating!!

I was worried about color. I looked online for weeks. When I found this one I liked it but color looked different in photos in the AD and different still in reviews. But IT's AMAZON with easy returns. So I went for it, opened the box today and looked great. The color changes in different lighting and I like that. You don't get sick of it. ALso COMFORTABLE - soft, not mushy, firm... so it will last longer. Went together EASILY. ONLY CON is the tool they include. It appears to be a nice "T" hex wrench. It worked well until I had to tighten screws and it quickly STRIPPED being made of cheap metal. (non hardened). Luckily, I have a lot of quality Hex wrenches here and finished. Boxed VERY NICELY - well padded, parts in a nice compartment/package. Even extras. Not a flaw on the chair anywhere. I have read SO MANY REVIEWS that talk about other products and shot flaws and gashes and other problems. This looks very high end. It's very surprising since the price is quite low. VERY nice chair for the price. I'm in it now as I type this. So TOOL was crap - and it also doesn't go quite as low as I would have liked. It will work... but it would work better if it would drop another 2-3 inches. My keyboard tray comes out under my desk and is lower than the desk and my knees can't fit under it. SO FAR (a couple hours) I would buy again!!! very smooth rotation and smooth rocker. My last one LOCKED at various angles and I do miss that. But I'll get used to this. Feels nice, not glossy, nice flat surface. I'll attach pics. It's not really khaki - it's more of a TAN or milky caramel. UPDATE - loved it so much I bought my grandson one for his computer room. HOWEVER it's now about a year later for mine and I have one complaint. Hoping the company reads this and changes it. The "ARM PADS" are made up of several thinner layers of foam. They do not stay put, the layers slide around on top of each other. (think of it like a deck of cards). And they get sloppy inside the covering. Both arms have layers of foam inside moving around in various directions. = ( This could easily be remedied with a single pad or a way to bind or wrap the pad layers before covering them. They now look misshapen and I feel the layers moving under my arms. I will be changing my 5 star rating to a 4 star or maybe 3 star rating due to this.

This is a pretty comfy chair, and has plenty of support. It feels really sturdy to this particular large-bodied individual, but it considerably taller than other chairs I've used. It takes some getting used to, but it's good if you like to swing your legs while you work - lol. Huge cushions and a tall back make it easy to lean back in, but again, leg-swinging time. It'll take some time to break in the cushions, and the construction while putting it together feels very solid and balanced. No tippiness or wobbliness in it when put together. I have concerns about the baseplate on the seat, but only because that's where a lot of the stress is going to be centered. Easy to put together, great instructions. All the tools needed and and they even have extra hardware in case of loss.

Best desk chair I have ever had. Took it to work and everyone in the office wants it.

I've had this chair about a year and a half because I wasn't really sure how I felt about it until now. I got it because my old chair was a decade old and falling apart. It was easy to assemble and sturdy; none of the "leaning to one side" issues that other reviewers mentioned. It's solid quality when assembled properly, and it still looks like it did the day I got it. The chair also doesn't lose air and sink over time, which is an issue I had with my old one. The problem for me is that it just isn't comfortable. The seat is quite firm, putting a lot of pressure on my lower back with pitiful lumbar support. The chair is also noticeably narrower that my old one, which is an issue for me because I am 215lbs. If you're overweight/obese, this is not the chair for you. I've definitely used my computer less often due to the discomfort I feel in this chair, but it's still better than what I had before, so it's all I got. Another thing is that this chair is actually really tall. The lowest height setting on this chair is the same as the highest on my old one. This was good for me since my desk is a bit high, but it's definitely something to consider. If your desk is high up or if you're tall, then this would be a plus. Overall, I have to say that I can't recommend this chair, especially if you have a similar build to me. At this price point, there are other options with better features like reclining and footrests, and while this chair looked like it would be the most comfortable in the pictures, it just wasn't.

This desk chair arrived on time and well packaged. It was very easy to assemble with clear instructions with all the screws and tools necessary which was not a lot. The difference with this chair than most others on the market is that it has springs in the seat. This makes it a more comfortable experience for those long sit days. The only drawback I found is that it doesn’t lean back but this could very well be adjusted if I take a closer look at the bottom adjustments. If it doesn’t allow this, I’m still ok with it as I’m not really a leaner. It looks and feels durable. I’ve had it about 3 weeks now and no issues.

The chair arrived quicker than expected which was quite satisfying to start with. The packaging was great! The top and bottom cushions were wrapped individually to avoid exposure to dust and dirt. Each of the stainless steel pieces were wrapped individually to avoid scratches and all pieces required for construction are conveniently packaged together. The chair wasn't too difficult to put together and took me about 45 minutes on my own after struggling with the position of the arms for a bit. After putting it together and wiping it down it looked great. Just the right amount of recline, the wheels roll just as easily on carpet as they do on hardwood. The chair is comfortable for me as I am a decent sized guy around 210 lbs. It feels sturdy and was very supportive while I managed to sit in it for 4 hours the following day while doing reports. I would definitely recommend it as of now. I will check in after 6 months to see if it is still in good condition.
