I like it!
So far, I like this tea. The flavor is mild. I have been steeping 1tsp to 20 ounces of boiling water daily. It was recommended to me by my Chinese acupuncturist/herbalist. For me, I have noticed the decreased appetite per the advertisement/instructions. It is a great value for the size, health benefits and price.

Mild But Good
I had never tried cassia sed tea before, but I’m a big tea drinker so I was excited to try this This comes with a foil seal and the seeds smell very fresh and kinda resemble the smell of coffee. I put some of the seeds into a tea ball and poured boiling water over it. The instructions said to wait 1-2 minutes but that didn’t seem to be nearly enough so I steeped it about 7 minutes before tasting. It is very mild but good. I could especially see myself enjoying this on a cold winter day. It could be fun to experiment with mixing this with other flavors of tea as well . The directions say to use approximately .5 ounces per serving, so this container would have 40 servings. But the listing says you can steep the seeds 3-4 times, so this container could last a long time.

Nice aroma! Enjoyable taste!
The "Top Grade Natural Cassia Seed Tea" comes sealed well in a sturdy reusable jar that is easy to open & close. It had a foil seal (that I had to cut to open) and a white cardboard insert on top of that. As per the instructions on the jar I use 1 TBL cassia seeds with boiling water poured over to make tea. Nice, light flavor and it is clear like tea. It darkens and gets stronger the longer it sits and the seeds infuse. The seeds do grind easy in a grinder if you are used to making teas that way but it changes the texture (muddy), makes it much stronger and brings out a bitter flavor. Mine arrived with the Best Before date of 9/24/2024 so that fits in with their suggestion on the page of the best drinking date is within one year. Very pleased!
