A solid option for homeowners with medium-sized lawns
After using the LawnMaster 1600W Electric Lawn Mower for several weeks on my medium-sized lawn, here’s my take on its pros and cons: Pros: Powerful Performance: The 1600W motor provides ample power for cutting through grass with ease. It handles both thick and thin patches efficiently, ensuring a clean and even cut across my lawn without any bogging down. Compact Cutting Width: With a 37cm cutting width, this mower is ideal for medium-sized lawns, allowing for easy maneuverability in tighter spaces, such as around flower beds and garden furniture. It’s perfect for those who need a balance between size and performance. Lightweight Design: The mower is surprisingly lightweight, making it easy to push around the yard. I appreciated how this reduced fatigue during longer mowing sessions, allowing me to complete the job without feeling worn out. Adjustable Cutting Heights: The mower features multiple cutting height settings, which is great for adapting to different grass lengths and conditions. I found it easy to switch between settings, allowing for a customizable cut based on my lawn’s needs. Electric Convenience: Being electric means no more messy gasoline or oil, and there are no emissions. I loved the straightforward setup—just plug it in and go. This is especially appealing for environmentally conscious users. Easy Storage: The compact design makes it easy to store, whether in a shed or garage. It doesn’t take up much space, which is ideal for those with limited storage options. Cons: Corded Limitation: As a corded electric mower, it requires proximity to an electrical outlet, which can be limiting in larger yards. I had to manage the cord carefully to avoid tangling or cutting it while mowing, which requires some planning. Noise Level: Although it’s quieter than a gas mower, the LawnMaster still produces a noticeable sound. It’s manageable for residential areas, but some users who are used to quieter mowers might find it a bit loud during operation. Small Grass Collection Bag: The grass collection bag is somewhat smaller than I expected, requiring frequent emptying, especially when cutting longer grass. This can be a bit inconvenient and adds to the time needed to complete the mowing process. Limited Power for Tough Jobs: While it handles most grass types well, in particularly dense or overgrown areas, it may struggle slightly compared to more powerful models. This could be a consideration for users with very thick lawns or those who may skip mowing for longer periods. Build Quality: While it performs well, some components feel a bit less robust than I’d prefer. I have concerns about long-term durability, particularly with frequent use over several seasons. Overall Verdict: The LawnMaster 1600W Electric Lawn Mower is a solid option for homeowners with medium-sized lawns seeking a lightweight, easy-to-use mower. Its powerful motor, adjustable cutting heights, and compact design make it user-friendly and efficient. While the corded design and small grass collection bag pose some limitations, they are manageable for most casual users. Overall, if you’re looking for an electric mower that balances performance and convenience for regular lawn maintenance, the LawnMaster is a commendable choice that won’t disappoint.

Great machine
Purchased as a replacement for my 'dead' electric lawn mower. Have now used this twice, the cut is excellent especially with the mulching device in place; saves emptying the grass box!!! Height adjustment is very easy. The cable length is shorter than my previous machine I now have to employ an extension. The increase in power over my previous machine is more than evident. All in all excellent value for money and build quality.

A decent mower
Bought as a replacement for a petrol mower to cut a medium to large lawn. When it arrived, it was well packaged and fairly easy to assemble, the mower has clear instructions but the collection box was a bit of guesswork. It was straightforward enough after getting my hands on it though. The handles and safety handle are comfortable to use and the light weight makes it easy to handle. I was worried about it lacking the power to cut longer grass for the first cut or choking up on a few moss patches, but the mower handled both without issue. The collection box provides a good capacity for cuttings, to avoid too many stoppages. I’ve yet to try the mulching plug. The only criticism stopping it getting 5 stars, is the length of the power cord, especially if your lawn is on the larger side and some of the plastic body feels a bit cheap. Overall a decent lawnmower for the price point.

No disappointments here!
Being an old guy who had always used cylinder mowers I was uncertain about “going rotary” when my trusty electric Qualcast Elan died. But on reading the reviews of the various contenders I plumped for the LawnMaster 1600w 37cm rotary – good choice! Speedily delivered in a compact, well packaged box the mower looked the part. Although I’m visually impaired the steps in assembling the handle and grass box were pretty obvious and straightforward and they gave me no difficulties. (Yes, the pictorial guidance in the manual really needs to be bigger but I found a digital version of the manual on the Cleva website so printing the relevant pages to a larger size was no problem.) When finished all looked fine and in use I was not disappointed. Adjusting the cutting height is very easy; my lawns aren’t that flat so I chose setting 2 (30mm) and that worked fine. The LawnMaster is heavier than the old Qualcast but it’s very stable, keeps to a line and cuts well – right to the edge! And yes, the tall spiky growth that always defeated the cylinder mower disappeared like magic. The full width start/stop bar is a welcome fixture and the rear roller does give a striped effect if that’s what you like. Although it’s early days I’m pleased with my purchase, the mower is robust and looks good. If storage space is limited the handle is easily collapsed down over the top of the mower. The 2 year manufacture’s guarantee is a welcome addition too.

Love it!
Never heard of this brand before, but previously went with a very well known brand and that mower broke twice in less than a year! Replaced with this, and there’s a massive difference in quality - top marks for lawn master. First mow today and the lawn was exceptionally long (due to having no mower for a month!) and this mower handled it extremely well. Grass collection was fabulous, and stripes are an added bonus! Cable is more than long enough for the size of my garden, and really easy to give the mower a brush down before putting in the shed. Really happy with it so far, hopefully it lasts!

The blade is not moving
The product is defective and of poor quality. The blade is not moving after turning on and the customer service from the seller is really poor. No clear instruction how to assemble. Do not recommend. Update- We’re still waiting to return the product as the seller is not responding and not helpful at all. It’s a nightmare since the day the product was delivered. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I had to.
