Won’t work with my HandiQuilter machine!
I purchased this as it is the same brand as my machine and ad states it is for all longarm machines. It won’t work with my HANDIQUILTER Capri longarm as the foot won’t fit into the slot for me to use the circles. The “hop” isn’t high enough to slide over the top to get the foot into the circle. I do use the straight edge for “in the ditch” stitching so it’s not a total waste of money, but I did buy it for the circles and was disappointed. I will have to break out the saw and cut the slots wider for me to use this. Not enthused and wish I would have known this prior to purchase.

Love this ruler!
As a long arm quilter, I mostly do custom designs on my quilts and if you want perfect circles this is the ruler for you. I've had many compliments on my "pebbles" since using this ruler.

Can't use
Too thick for my longarm quilting foot to fit over and the groove to get into the circle isn't wide enough for my quilting foot to go through . I'm sure it's a good product, but I'm not able to use it

It is hard to find very small circles as 1/4" and this template has it.. I am very happy!

Not easily usable on some midarm machines
I really like Handi Quilter and I'm sure this template works as demonstrated by HandiQuilter. They are an excellent company. HOWEVER, it will not work on sit-down (midarm) quilting machines like APQS George because the template access channel is too narrow. There is no way to get it under the fixed presser foot unless the needle is removed and then re-installed each time the template is used and removed. So, I have a template that is rather worthless for my sit down. Certainly HandiQuilter is aware that some FMQ sewers are buying their excellent products for use with other branded midarm machines. If only they had made that qualifying statement (not usable on some midarms) in their description.
