TIP: DO NOT use fabric softener or a detergent with fabric softener in it! It will destroy the bottom of most washable non-slip (rubberized backing) rugs. Cold water, air dry. I don't know why that's not made clear on the label. 😟We bought this in the "Pompeii" print to put inside our front door. We have dogs, and we needed another level of dirt control. They've ruined many rugs by scratching at them and ruining the looped pile, they weren't washable, etc. This one is different, and works well. It blends with our vintage/BOHO decor, but because of the coloring and style, it would go with just about anything. I can't speak to stain resistance, but it's washable without issue. A bit pricey for the size, but I've wasted so much money on rugs for that spot that I was willing to pay a little extra.

I expected a much more muted color

The media could not be loaded.  I have a toddler & a puppy! Spills & pees wipe off if you catch them right away. It will soak in if you don’t catch it instantly. However, it has held up in the wash just fine 5 times now!! Amazing rug over all! You can’t get much better than this in a dirty situation! Rug is thin though. If your looking for something soft & fluffy, wait until toddler/puppy is grown up lol.

I bought the blue and gray 2'x3' especially for our guest bathroom. It not only looks great but it's not slippery. I returned another rug that was super soft but it was also slippery on bare feet. This is a thinner rug, but for a small rug it works great. I may buy some for the master bathroom. I love them that much.

The tile floor in my bathroom was too cold in the winter so I went looking for a nonslip rug to cover the tiles and found one that is the same color as the tiles! I’m really happy with the color match and the pattern. It gives my bath a really finished look.The rug is very thin and does not have a luxurious feel, (so I took off one star) but it was also pretty inexpensive so I’m satisfied, more than satisfied actually.I wanted a bathroom rug for a long time, but didn’t know there was such a thing as non-slip rugs and was afraid of falling in the middle of the night. Once I found out, there was such a thing as nonslip rugs I was sold... I can’t remember the last time an Amazon purchase made me this happy. Maybe I should give it another star just for that reason.

The media could not be loaded.  Overall, this is a really nice runner. There was no grip map required and stays pretty steady on the floor. It took about two weeks to get the creases out but once the creases were out, it gripped to the floor pretty well. This rug is very easy to clean and does not slip when being vacuumed.

Update 11/28 - bumping it to 3 stars because the customer service team at GLN was wonderful. I'm still hesitant to call this rug machine washable and too nervous to risk washing the replacement.I've had this rug for 3 months. I loved the style and color - it is portrayed accurately online. I bought this rug because it was listed as machine washable and stain resistant. The rug is NOT machine washable despite saying that on the listing, the pamphlet that came with the rug, and the sticker on the back of the rug itself. I washed this rug on delicate cycle in cold water with mild detergent. The black backing material disintegrated in the wash and was all over my washing machine, a serious pain in the a to clean. I would have expected that if it was a rough cycle or hot water but this was neither. I let it air dry on and the rug shrank!!!!!! I bought a rug pad for the rug in August and you can see how much it shrank in the photo. It used to cover the sides of the pad entirely and is now flush with the width of the rug pad too. It's so disappointing. The rug is not stain resistant either, it is easily stained by food when cooking (e.g., tomatoes, curry, etc). It's also very thin and not comfortable without a rug pad on hardwood floor. Ordinarily I'd let the staining, thinness, and backing go for the price point but the shrinking pushed it over the edge. I'm disappointed in this rug's false advertising.

Rug sits in front of the most often used chair in the living room. Ordered it specifically for its size and color. Hit a home run on both counts. Rug is absolutely perfect! 👍

Nice rug; not too thick or heavy. I got it in the faded blue-pink hues. Waiting for folds to flatten. Haven’t had any spills to test just how stain resistant it is, but I anticipate it’ll be easy to clean (I hv a dog & that’s important).No chemical smell. No loose threads.

Great product, easy to care for. Nice quality, nice colors.

To date, after about a week on my livingroom floor, this rug is quite amazing and unique. My toy poodle did baptize it ( tinkled on a corner ) and liquid simply pools on it. I was very impressed!!!!!!! We plan on buying a second after the holidays.

I was abit wary ordering this rug online because the colors aren't always the best ,but am so pleased with it! The quality is great the stitching around the edges is very good and the material (recycled cotton) excellent! Thank you !
