Living proof Restore Shampoo

For best results, shampoo first with hot water to open hair shaft filaments and release oils. Rinse, then shampoo again. Rinse again with warm water and apply conditioner through to ends. Grab bunches of hair and squeeze conditioner into hair. Then rinse with cool water this time, very briefly, without rinsing it all out. Pat dry gently, don't scrub dry, as you will remove the conditioner and create a gnarly mess to comb out. Use a widely spaced comb to smooth out hair. Blow dry on medium heat while using a vinyl toothed brush. This technique is what a good salon follows. Treat your hair this way - using conditioner - for much better results and better reviews.

Like this product, but the pump doesn’t draw up the shampoo. (Conditioner works great!) I don’t want to return the product and I’m hoping the seller can just send me a new pump.

Awful! Heavy ! No matter how long I stay under the shower to remove the shampoo and conditioner it always leaves a sticky residue. So disappointed!
