I took this on a week-long cabin vacation, and it was absolutely perfect. Compact, lightweight, and easy to pack, but still powerful. I loved the variable temperature presets, especially for tea and coffee. It heats up quickly and doesn’t take up counter space. It made my mornings so much easier while traveling, and I didn’t have to rely on whatever old kettle (or none) the cabin might’ve had. If you travel often or just want a small personal kettle, this one is a winner.

I bought the Sekaer Travel Electric Tea Kettle (model SY-618B) for its compact size and variable presets, and it has quickly become my go-to for making tea and coffee on the go. Can't wait to use this when I travel. I am an uber picky coffee person. When traveling I hate the hotel room coffee and I don't want to have to walk or drive to get a cup of overpriced coffee or latte. This allows me to bring my Aero Press with me and brew the perfect espresso or cafe Americana! I have tested it at home and it works fine.

Bought this last year and came back to write a review after 1 year of multiple use. The kettle still works fine and very convenient. I travel a lot and move places a lot, and sometimes live in my car so this mini kettle is very very useful to me. Use it more than once a day and it's clearly been overused by me but still hasn't given up. I know some reviews say it doesn't reach to boiling point but I can hear it boiling so I'm sure it reaches 212 f. Still boils and works to this day. Gave it only 4 stars because it's only ideal for 1 person. It also works with a portable power station like jackery so prrrrrrrfect for camping. But again, only for 1 person

OMG I love this little kettle. I use it in my classroom (ever since my district initiated their energy [costs] saving policy requiring the removal of personal appliances in classrooms without medical necessity notes from doctors- a ridiculous move that doesn’t really save energy costs in an old building built in 1970. But I digress.) This kettle, when full, heats to max temperature in about 7 minutes. I really like the keep warm feature and the removable cord. The lid is a little difficult to line up the threads and seal, but I think that is partly because it’s still so new. It was a little pricey in my opinion, but so far I don’t really mind the price. However, if it breaks within a year or so of daily use, then the price will be considered too expensive. Overall, it looks made to last a while. I read a review that said that they had theirs for a couple years or so, which convinced me to purchase.

I love this sleek, slim, portable kettle! It was purchased specifically to heat water to 195 degrees for my morning cup of coffee in an AeroPress. It is so simple and easy to use - just fill with water or other liquid, screw on the top, plug it in, press the button to one of the four preset temperatures, and done! It beeps when finished and will hold to temp for up to 12hrs., according to the instructions. (I didn't test this since I use the heated water right away.) The stainless steel inside is easy to clean, although the unit cannot be immersed in water since the detachable cord plugs into it. It holds 380ml of liquid to the max fill line. The instructions say it can be used for heating soups or other liquids but I've only used it for water. It heats the 200ml of water I need for my AeroPress in a few minutes, takes up very little counter space, and is portable for travel. The only improvement would be to add a USB charging option so electricity isn't required when traveling. I can't speak to the durability since I've only been using it for a few weeks, but it has worked great so far. Love this little device!

Nice quality, quickly boils water and keeps warm temperature. Very handy for teas, hot drinks and ramen noodles or quick soup. Has auto shutoff after a time.

I use this portable electric kettle at home and it works well, but there’s definitely a learning curve. You have to be careful opening it so the steam and water don’t burst out, which can be tricky at first. I wish it had a beep or signal when it’s safe to open — sometimes I wait too long and the water starts to cool off. That said, it heats water quickly and is compact, so overall it’s a handy little kettle once you get used to it

A great find for travellers! It heated our tea water up efficiently and silently. About the same size and weight as a water bottle, so easy to bring along.

Works great, easy for Airport, Hotel, Motel, Home, work etc! It’s light, lots of Steam Vents, boils in about 5-6 minutes depending on if 1/2 Full or Full to Maximum Line marked on inside. Short detachable Cord, with a carry handle if needed.

Muy util en lugares donde no hay donde calentar el agua para el cafe. Cumplio con mis espectativas. Es facil de usar pero es mejor leer bien las instrucciones.

This is hands down the best thing to have! Used by my partner when he does outdoor markets. He can make porridge and soup when he’s hungry! He has had soooooo many compliments and people wanting to get their own!
