This is the book you should have in your self, and read like more them 2 times per year.I really LOVE IT.

Wish there was an updated version
This book is very helpful but I wish she would update this book and add more to it. For instance, the pregnancy section is extremely unhelpful-there are are no healing advice like with the other disorders. Also, it would be really helpful if post partum issues like prolapse, weak pelvic floor, etc were addressed WITH guidance on how to use theta healing for those.
